Reviews for T42 Coaching & Training

I’m gaining control and achieving crucial results

My long-term challenge is caring for my mother, who has dementia. This involves daily care, finding a suitable care facility, preparing for her move and her leaving her long-time home, plus lots of administrative work. It’s taking a heavy toll on me, especially since I’m ultimately on my own and have a chronic illness. The pressure and stress I experience are immense. For this reason, I’ve decided to have regular life coaching sessions with Job.

I highly value my coaching sessions with Job. I would grade them 9/10. They keep clarifying my situation, clearing obstacles. Job acts as a supportive mirror, showing me my potential and personal strengths.

Specifically, the sessions provide me with valuable insights into my situation – tools to chart the problems, organize my thoughts, and create solutions. In our coaching sessions, Job helps me to identify and better understand the many facets of what I’m dealing with. He also makes me aware of my strengths, which helps me learn how to avoid pitfalls. Thanks to that warm counterbalance I’m making progress and experiencing something that can best be described as empowerment: I’m gaining control and achieving crucial results for me and my mother.

My contact with Job is a dialogue in every respect, in which he sometimes shares experiences. This makes it human and empathetic. After all, we’re human beings with our emotions and our subconscious. The conversations are therefore an exchange as well, by which they gain in quality. As a result, the support and insights they provide are not temporary, but truly long-term effects.

The combination of being challenged and supported made it so valuable

“My journey at T42 Coaching has contributed enormously to my personal and professional growth. The combination of being challenged and supported made it so valuable.

Job asks challenging and thought-provoking questions, which pushed me to really think about my motivations and challenges. As a result, I gained clear answers and new insights. By evaluating and re-evaluating, I became more aware of my own growth. Furthermore, this allowed me to see how far I had come, which was very motivating.

Job also introduced me to the basics of compassionate communication. Job also introduced me to the basics of compassionate communication. This has helped me to stay in touch with my own needs, while also improving the way I connect with others. I have noticed that the messages I communicate are received more clearly, allowing for greater mutual understanding.

Job’s way of coaching felt especially safe. I was able to completely open up to him and to reflect without hesitation or reservations. It was mainly the latter that allowed me to grow and made my coaching journey the success it has proven to be. wholeheartedly recommend Job and T42 Coaching to everyone who not only wants to improve their skills, but also wants to experience true personal growth.

I can apply these insights and skills wherever I go

“Job is a committed and attentive coach who carefully adjusted each session to my needs. This made me feel truly seen and heard, and there was always flexibility to adapt. The coaching sessions were extremely useful to me. I often pushed myself too far at work, leading to health issues and even prolonged absence.

With Job’s help, I was able to identify exactly what goes on in my mind in such situations. The next step was to learn to make space: space to feel what I need, to choose how I want to deal with the situation, and how to take the next step and move on. I can apply these fundamental insights and skills wherever I go.

During my coaching journey, I was in a course of therapy at the same time. This was my conscious choice and both Job and my psychologist were very receptive and supportive. There was always enough time between appointments, so that both forms of support complemented each other without leaving me overwhelmed.”
