Retention period of personal data

If your personal data is stored with us and there is no longer an active relationship between you and T42 Coaching & Training, your data will not be retained longer than necessary or legally required. If you have requested that your data be deleted sooner and there are no legal or other obligations that prevent this, your data will be deleted sooner at your request.

Confidentiality and sharing of personal data with third parties

T42 Coaching & Training and its employees are obligated to respect and guarantee the confidentiality of your data. We will not share your personal data with other parties without your consent, unless it is necessary for the execution of the agreement concluded with us by or on your behalf, or for our own business operations, or unless it is legally required. In that case, we will only share data that is necessary for the relevant work or that falls under the applicable obligation. If necessary, we will enter into a data processing agreement with third parties who process your data on our behalf. T42 Coaching & Training remains responsible for the processing.

As part of professional development and training, we sometimes discuss practical case studies with trainers or colleagues, or during peer review or supervision. Submitted case studies are always anonymized, and descriptions of events and individuals are stripped of details that could be traced back to individuals.

Automated decision-making

T42 Coaching & Training does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions that are made on their behalf by computer systems or programs (algorithms) without substantive review by our own employees.

Electronic newsletters

T42 Coaching & Training will not send you any unsolicited electronic newsletters, but only after you have expressed your interest. Each T42 Coaching & Training electronic newsletter also offers the option to unsubscribe via a link included in the newsletter.

However, to prevent unauthorized misuse of your personal data, please redact a few items in your copy: your passport photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom, your passport/document number, and your Citizen Service Number (BSN). T42Coaching & Training will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

T42 Coaching & Training does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 through its website and/or services, unless their use of our website and/or services is done with parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify a visitor’s age. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to ensure that no data is collected about them without parental consent. If this has indeed occurred, the collected information will be deleted.
