Life coaching focuses on your personal life. On any issues, problems or burdens you may be experiencing. On things you want to find a solution for. That really need to change.

For instance, to finally make important choices, or find a better balance between what you aim for and what your ability will allow. To improve the quality of your life. But… how?

Slowing down

Life coaching allows you to find a different perspective. I act as your sounding board, I support you and challenge you — always aiming for results, but also with the aim to slow you down — so that you can reach awareness of what it is you seek, and what is holding you back.

Creating clarity

I help you to create clarity. About your values, your motivations, beliefs and thoughts, your feelings, and your underlying needs. But also about your actions and behaviours, and the way they affect you and the people around you. You will gain understanding of unhelpful patterns, but also of your strengths, available resources, and alternatives.

Towards change

Step by step, you will create a new space. The space to make conscious choices, to change the way you think and feel, and to start different patterns of behaviour. Slowly but steadily, you will work towards your desired changes. I will be happy to support this process.
